Agla Din Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Agla Din Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website and app, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Name, email, line nicknames, plan lengths, recharge dates and reminder settings; optional numbers if you add them; and technical logs for security. Never OTPs, operator logins, card details, UPI IDs or PINs, SMS or call logs.

Purpose & consent

To calculate validity end dates, send reminders you enable, respond to you and secure the service — based on consent given at sign-up, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing

Only with hosting and messaging processors under contract, and authorities where required by law. Never sold; never shared with operators.

Your rights

Access, correction, completion, erasure, nomination and grievance redressal — privacy@agladin.cyou. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention & age

Encrypted in transit and at rest; erased within 30 days of deletion. For users aged 18+.

Agla Din Trust is a free reminder service for prepaid plan validity. We do not sell, process or facilitate recharges or payments and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any telecom or DTH operator.

2. Free

No fees. Nothing will be charged without advance notice and your explicit consent.

3. Eligibility

18 or older, with accurate details.

4. Accuracy

End dates follow what you enter; confirm with your operator.

5. Liability

Provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for service interruptions or third-party charges.

6. Law

Laws of India; courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
